Responsibilities or skills needed include: Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a *preferred* skill Good working knowledge of computers is a *required* skill Excellent customer service skills are *required* Relaying and explaining of daily tasks to crews Evaluating existing technicians and accounts for quality Screening, interviewing and hiring new personnel Termination of under-performing crew Scheduling work and incoming deliveries Analyzing weekly income reports and making corrections Maintaining proper amounts of supplies on hand Prospecting new accounts on a regular basis Selling add-on services to existing customers The spring / summer months are a very busy time for us, and increased hours may need to be worked.
