Job description

Salary: to Commensurate with experience

Commissions: 4% of new sales - paid quarterly

Candidate will be responsible for commercial property maintenance utilizing staff members and approved subcontractors.  Serves as primary customer contact regarding such matters as estimating work requests, scheduling, installation and work order generation.  Records and monitors all labor, materials, and other pertinent data into a management information system.  Requires technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and must be detail oriented.   Computer experience using Access, Word, Excel, Email and the Internet is required.
