Description: General Mechanic for 20 Vehicle Fleet and small equipment.

Applicant should have the following skills:

  • You should be capable of heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds).
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements.
  • Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.
  • Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Experience in any of the following areas is preferred: cooling systems, electrical systems, diesel/gas engines, fuel systems, steering, and suspension, autobody repair, painting and welding. Must have general knowledge and experience with all around repair and diagnostic skills.

You will maintain and repair a variety of construction equipment, Isuzu NPR trucks, GMC vans & Chevy S10 Pickups. You should have your own basic set of tools. Specific duties include: timely repair & preventative maintenance on small engine and vehicles with diesel and gas engines.

Dare Living Associates is looking for an individual to drive and maintain commercial landscape properties. Mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, raking, and planting are a few of the responsibilities of the job. This job provides 40-60 hours per week from March-November and 30-40 hours per week from December-February.

Job details:
Successful candidate will be trained to care for tropical plants, trees and multiple plantings. Watering, dusting and trimming will be done at each and every scheduled visit. Ideal candidates will posses very good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with little to no supervision. This job requires hard work, common knowledge and pride.
